It started with a question I couldn’t shake: Why do so many change initiatives falter, despite good intentions?

After more than 20 years in leadership roles, I observed a clear pattern: change initiatives launched with momentum, but lost steam. This wasn’t a lack of competence, but a deficit of courage, direction, and the ability to simplify.

Breaking Boundaries Consulting was born from a desire to change this. I wanted to create a methodology where courage meets structure – and where people are always at the center.

Today, I lead a network of experienced consultants who help leaders innovate, make sound decisions, and drive real progress. We believe in partnership over directives, clarity over complexity.
