Where focus goes energy flows✨

(Quote Tony Robbins)

Your mind is the most powerful tool you have for the creation of good in your life, but if not used correctly, can also be the most destructive force in your life.

To control your thoughts means to influence the way you live your life.

Your mind, more specifically, your thoughts, affects your perception and therefore, your interpretation of reality. That is Why Your Perception Is Your Reality

The three wise monkeys are a Japanese pictorial maxim, embodying the proverbial principle "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”. The three wise monkeys proverbially depict that if we do not hear, see or talk evil, we ourselves shall be spared of all that is malicious and sinful.

In the context of an organization, actions of all employees put together form the culture. Therefore, as an employee (whether you are a team leader or a team member), your thoughts and feelings influence what you do; and, what you think, feel, and how you act becomes the core of your work.

Applying the Wise Monkeys’ wisdom at work, means you identify and focus on the truth which will shape how you think, decide and act in any situation.

But how do you do it…

🙈 See no evil – Be Objective – Don’t be influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. See things neutrally and always focus on understanding both points of view. Instead of engaging in accusations focus on what could have been done better and how negative outcome could have been avoided.

🙉 Hear no evil – Be Authentic – listen to what is said, don't ignore the true message of the conversation. Even if there is evil around you, if you choose to stay motivated and centered, you will steer your ship towards progress, thereby drowning the evil.

🙊 Speak no evil – Be mindful – Think before you speak. Ask yourself, what can I do to make this situation better? How will my actions change it? If you cannot influence the outcome, choose to share it with someone who can and then step out of the story.

When you change your thoughts, you will change your feelings as well, and you will also eliminate the triggers that set off those feelings.

Choose to be the person who is actively, consciously thinking your thoughts.

✨Be someone who can control your thoughts—become the master of your mind.✨
