Life begins at the end of your comfortzone!


Living life inside the comfort zone has its benefits: it’s safe, familiar, and less stressful. But as;

Nelson Mandela famously said, “There is no passion to be found playing small — in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.”

Learning how to get out of your comfort zone takes willpower and a change in mindset. Each step you take to expand your comfort zone leads to personal growth, learning, and success.


How can we step out of our comfort zone?

🔴 Start small - Find that one tiny thing you can do to make a more significant difference and break out of your comfort zone!

🔴 Choose a fear and face it. Make an “Uncomfortable” list. Write down 10-20 things you can do every day that makes you feel uncomfortable. Pick a few to do each day.

🔴 Change your routine by doing something different everyday

🔴 Try a new skill - By trying something new, you enter the learning zone!

🔴 Meet new people expands your mindset

🔴 Create a 30 days comfortzone challenge. Define specific goals for each month and follow up on them.

As a they say ”If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!”
