About Britt Konnander

 

Britt Konnander began her career working internationally in a variety of countries, mostly Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries. During her time as a citizen of the world, her interest in discovering new cultures and trying new things grew.

 

During her time as line manager, she got to help build companies, restructure and streamline them. In past 10 years, she has worked as a consultant and senior advisor and helped many companies with their transformation journeys. Her distinguishing feature as a person is the constant drive to develop both companies and individuals to achieve better results.

In 2020, Britt started a network-based consulting company together with two other former colleagues. Orion Consulting Network is a company  that combine the best from the consulting company with a focus on long-term relationships, quality assurance process and active knowledge exchange and mix this with the broker's broad network and independence in the matching process. Our company has specialists in Business Development and Projects / Programs / Change Management.
